Qualifications

- Dedication to providing great customer service

Responsibilities
- Coordinate/Perform the development of our various IT management course content, including scenarios, performance evaluations and assessments
- Develop training material using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate or similar ones
- Collaborate with SMEs (internal as well as external) to design & develop training content
- Upload, test, maintain & improve content of our LMS
- Take responsibility of training material quality & Customer Satisfaction scores
- Coordinate with video editing partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as instructional technology, educational technology, training and development, etc.
- Experience with authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline/360, Adobe Captivate
- Project management skills, including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well etc
- Demonstrated use of multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with learners and outcomes
- Demonstrated adult learning implementation and driving performance through impactful training
- Strong written and oral communication skills to be able to proofread own work
